Always a fresh and safe arrival
Plants are living products, and we do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. What if something goes wrong with the post along the way? Don't worry! We offer a 100% delivery guarantee.
If your plants are damaged during transport, we will resolve this immediately for you. In consultation, we will send you new plants completely free of charge or refund the purchase amount.
What we ask of you
Within 24 hours of arrival, send us a few photos of the damaged plants and the packaging via our contact form or by e-mail. This way we can arrange it directly with the delivery service and ensure that you can enjoy your plants again quickly.
Returning other products and cooling-off period
For all our non-living products (such as pots, substrates and fertilizers) you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt. Within this period you can return these items without giving a reason. In that case, we will reimburse the full purchase amount including the shipping costs of the outbound shipment.
Please note: As plants are perishable products, they are legally excluded from the standard right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
