Cephalotus follicularis

Cephalotus follicularis originates from the west coast of Australia, where this carnivorous plant grows on sandy and acidic soils. The plant can be found in both partial shade and full sun. It produces both carnivorous pitchers and ordinary non-carnivorous leaves. The plant can easily propagate vegetatively in width, but remains quite compact in height.

Cephalotus is always shipped in a pot due to the plant's sensitivity to bare-root shipping.
