Plants are living products, and we do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. Should something go wrong during shipping? No worries! We offer you a 100% delivery guarantee.
If your plants have been damaged during transport, we will resolve this immediately for you. In consultation, we will send you new plants completely free of charge or refund the purchase amount.
What we ask of you
Within 24 hours of arrival, send us a few photos of the damaged plants and the packaging via our contact form or by e-mail. This way we can immediately arrange it with the delivery service and ensure that you can quickly enjoy your plants again.
Returning other products and cooling-off period
For all our non-living products (such as pots, substrates and fertilizers), you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt. Within this period, you can return these items without giving a reason. In that case, we will refund the full purchase price including the shipping costs of the outbound shipment.
Please note: Since plants are perishable products, according to the law, they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
