Nepenthes lowii x ventricosa

Nepenthes x briggsiana (lowii x ventricosa) is a tropical pitcher plant selected for its dark and distinctive pitchers. This is one of the more recently developed hybrids and is therefore ideal as a houseplant, provided it receives sufficient indirect sunlight.

Tip: when the plant arrives, fill the pitchers with water as they have been emptied for shipping. This is not necessary for new pitchers as the plant produces its own digestive fluids.
