After a long wait, it's finally here again! Darlingtonia californica is once again available in limited quantities. These are young plants as shown in the picture; some still have young pitchers and not the characteristic "tongues." See below for larger plants!

Care
The cobra lily can be grown in a spot with several hours of sunlight. The plant can even tolerate somewhat shadier spots, unlike, for example, Sarracenia. It is important that the plant is not kept too warm. A greenhouse will quickly become too hot for this plant in summer. An ideal location is a cooler spot. A sufficiently large pot can help, as well as using a white pot so that the roots do not heat up too quickly. A top layer of live Sphagnum moss is also useful to promote humidity.
