Volledig rode vorm van filiformis: D. filiformis var. floridana "White Flower". Ook gekend onder de naam "Florida Red" doordat deze variëteit die pas in 2017 beschreven is slechts in twee counties van Florida voorkomt: Washington CO. en Bay Co. De vorm die wij verkopen heeft een witte bloem, in tegenstelling tot de veel voorkomende roze bloem. Deze plant kan tegen lichte vorst maar is zeker niet volledig winterhard in een Belgisch/Nederlands klimaat.
De clone die we verkopen is in onze ogen een goede groeier, dit in tegenstelling to veel van de andere Europese var. floridana clonen.
All red form of D. filiformis. The particular form we sell is the one with a white flower. This variety was described in 2017 by Barry Rice and is only known from two counties in Florida: Washington Co and Bay Co. This plant can handle light frost but not severe frosts.
The clone we sell is in our eyes a good grower, better than many other European var. floridana clones.
