Formerly considered a subspecies of Drosera filiformis (D. filiformis var. tracyii), but now often regarded as a species in its own right: Drosera tracyi. Unlike the common filiformis, tracyi occurs further south in the United States. It is a typical plant that grows alongside Sarracenia in places like Alabama and Florida. However, the plant is less winter-hardy than D. filiformis.
Keep it not too wet (can even be relatively dry) in winter to prevent the hibernacula from rotting.
