We ship freshly packed plants directly from our own nursery to your door, within the European Union. All plants are shipped bare-root in ziplock bags with roots wrapped in wet paper towels.

International orders are shipped every Monday. This minimises travel time and keeps your plants as fresh as possible. After dispatch, DHL/DPD/PostNL deliver within 24–72 hours depending on your country.

Returns policy
Live plants cannot be returned and are non-refundable, as they are perishable goods. Other products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original packaging and good condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
